Our Newham Services, offers 24 hour domiciliary care to adults who have complex learning disabilities, mobility needs and other health needs.
The service is spread over three locations, each of which is owned by the individual service user(s) for whom we provide support.
We specialise in assisting this group to live empowered and enriched lives according to their individual needs, preferences and choices. We encourage them to access opportunities that will lead to a valued and dignified way of life, by upholding their religious and cultural beliefs and by offering equality throughout the service we provide.
Our aim is to cultivate the individual’s needs and aspirations in order to achieve self-dependence that is meaningful to them, with tangible educational and recreational achievements, interpersonal skills and a rich and prosperous quality of life.
We offer a high level of care that is constantly assessed, reviewed and improved upon, with consultation and input from our service users and their friends, families and carers.
We understand that providing an environment where specialist, tailored support that promotes independence and encourages choice is paramount to the development and sustainability of a rewarding lifestyle – and this is central to the belief system and ethos of our service.
We tailor the service to provide the appropriate level of care and treatment for our service users, and we ensure that all professionals, family members and carers responsible in the treatment and care of our service users take part in this process.
Across the service, we strive for excellence throughout our team, which consists of motivational, highly-experienced and dedicated support staff and senior managers.
