Statement on the Coronavirus
The Coronavirus Pandemic is a new and huge challenge for Vibrance and HAIL as well as the whole social care sector.
We have acted quickly to assess the risks to the many vulnerable people we support, and to our staff, to ensure we are prepared for the inevitable impact of people needing to self-isolate or being diagnosed with the virus.
We have increased the capacity for staff to work from home but the vast majority of our staff are hands-on and cannot do this.
Our priority is to ensure continuity for our service users and families who most rely on our support.
I know that Vibrance and HAIL staff will rise to this huge challenge.
