The wellbeing of our people is a priority for us here at Vibrance. Not just because wellbeing and performance are strongly linked. But because we know how important wellbeing is to both mental and physical health too.
That’s why we’ve a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of our teams in its broadest, holistic sense. First and foremost by engaging specialists and a range of services that will help our employees to help themselves.
Nurturing a healthy culture
We’re committed to putting measures in place to prevent and manage risks to employee wellbeing, alongside training and individual support. We also nurture a mentally healthy culture by incorporating these principles into our management training and by running regular initiatives to raise awareness of mental health issues at work.
Of course, that’s good news for our people. But it’s also great for the people we serve too. After all, an improved ability to handle pressure and strike the right work/life balance will ultimately lead to improved individual and organisational performance.
