Vibrance Welcomes Staff Introduction Scheme

his month Vibrance has welcomed its new staff introduction scheme for employees.

Vibrance recognises its strengths as an organisation, and understands that one of the best ways for other people to hear about the charity is through its existing staff.

The staff introduction scheme is a great way for staff to introduce people who they think have the relevant experience or the right attitude to work for Vibrance.

If the applicant introduced is successful at the interview stage, the staff member who made the introduction will be rewarded £250, once the probation period has been completed.
