Vibrance Retains CHAS Accreditation for Fifth Year

Vibrance has recently been awarded a certificate of compliance by Contactors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), an accreditation it has held for five years.

CHAS is a government run scheme enabling large and small organisations to easily show their health and safety competence, or to check the competence of contractors they are considering taking on.

CHAS was developed in 1997 by a group of health and safety and procurement professionals from across Great Britain, who worked with the Association of London Government to create CHAS.

The two main aims of CHAS are to improve health and safety standards across Great Britain and to reduce duplicated safety applications for both suppliers and buyers.

CHAS continues to support Vibrance as part of its internal quality auditing to make sure all Health and Social policies are up to date.

Speaking of the recent CHAS accreditation, Nita Desir- Adeshiyan, director of human resources, said: “We are delighted to have retained our CHAS accreditation for the fifth year. It is an accreditation we are very proud to have been awarded and we continue to work closely with CHAS to ensure all our policies are up to date.”
